Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for
the following reasons:

3. Incompatibility issues.
4. Customized or personalized items.
Refunds: Refunds are available for products that are mismatched or
damaged, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Eligibility: Submit a verifiable unboxing video within 24 hours of
receiving the product.
2. Video Requirements: The unboxing video must clearly show the
product's condition, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.
3. Submission: Send the unboxing video to vintimap630@gmail.com
for our team to review.
Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
1. Review: Our support team will review the unboxing video to
verify the reported issues.
2. Approval: If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund
process.
3. Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
used during purchase.
4. Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be
reflected in your account.
Replacements: In addition to refunds, we offer replacements for
damaged or mismatched products. The process for requesting a
replacement is the same as outlined for refunds.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
1. An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement
claims.
2. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Claims without the required unboxing video will not be
considered.
