Order Processing: After placing an order, it typically takes 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom Orders: If you’ve ordered a custom map or a personalized item, processing may take up to 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.

Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy:

1.Order Cancellation: Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once the production process has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 3 hours from purchase. After this period, production may have started, making cancellation unlikely.

3.Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, our return policy applies.
